Role Overview
The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals for organizational growth. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Develop job postings across recruitment platforms
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
- Ensure positive candidate experience during hiring process
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Required Skills
- 2–4 years experience in recruitment or HR hiring roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using job portals and candidate sourcing platforms
- Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and conduct interviews
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
- MBA in Human Resource Management preferred
- Experience working in recruitment agencies or corporate HR teams
Working Hours
Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
