Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities and achieving revenue targets. This role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting products or services and supporting the company’s business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Present products and services to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales records and client communication logs
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Provide post-sale customer support when required
Required Skills
- 2–4 years experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Client relationship management skills
- Understanding of sales strategies and market development
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce
- Experience working in B2B or B2C sales environments
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
Working Hours
Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
